NextCare Urgent Care is seeking a proactive Medical Front Office Receptionist to join our fast-paced clinic team. You will greet patients, collect insurance information, input data into the EMR, and coordinate schedules to ensure smooth patient flow.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; relevant medical office training is preferred.
• Medical Administrative Assistant Certificate or equivalent is highly desirable.
• Experience in a front-office healthcare setting is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for patients in the clinic.
• Gather personal and insurance information and input into EMR.
• Schedule and manage patient flow and waiting area.
• Process registrations and insurance forms for proper reimbursement.
• Prepare daily deposits and statistical information.
• Maintain front office supplies and equipment functionality.
• Answer phones with quality customer service and professionalism.
• Inform patients about NextCare services and offerings.
• Notify Clinic Manager of safety concerns and urgent issues.
• Support back-office staff and assist as needed.
