NextCare Urgent Care is looking for an energetic and enthusiastic Medical Front Office Receptionist who thrives in a fast‑paced setting and enjoys working in a team environment. We are seeking customer‑friendly, passionate employees to be part of our growing organization where patients and employees are our top priority.
The Medical Front Office Receptionist supports the organization with exceptional customer service and treats all patients with respect and dignity. They ensure the clinic and front‑reception area run smoothly, optimizing patient flow and satisfaction.
Education: Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent. A Medical Administrative Assistant Certificate or equivalent is highly desired.
Experience: Prior front‑office or medical administrative experience is preferred.
Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, strong organizational abilities, proficiency with EMR systems, and the ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
