Job summary

CNO Financial Group, Inc is seeking a Unit Field Trainer to lead recruitment, onboarding and on-the-job training for sales agents in the Branch Sales Office. You will mentor agents, drive production strategies and ensure compliance with policies.

You may participate in recruiting and licensing training to strengthen the team. You will conduct joint field training with new agents, facilitate appointments and splits, and aim to develop additional trainers to support branch growth and performance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Life & Health license required.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Related work experience: 5 years in field training or sales environments.

Responsibilities

• Train and mentor agents; oversee a downline of agents and ensure performance and compliance.
• Provide day-to-day guidance and development strategies for agents focused on production.
• Maintain personal production to meet goals and objectives.
• Assist in recruiting, onboarding, and licensing training for agents as assigned.
• Conduct on-the-job training through joint field work with new agents, including appointment sharing and commission splits.
• Develop additional Unit Field Trainers within branch or satellite branch.
• Participate in management team meetings and support the Branch Sales Office in meeting goals.
