This first-level management role focuses on ensuring agents meet production targets and adhere to policies while supporting the branch's go-to-market strategy. The position emphasizes coaching, leadership, and development of agents, with opportunities to recruit and onboard new licensees and to contribute to licensing trainings.

Qualifications

Education: High School Diploma or GED; Life & Health license is required.
Bachelor's degree preferred for typical qualifications.
Experience: 5 years in related work and field training roles.

Responsibilities

Train and mentor agents; manage a downline and ensure performance and policy compliance.
Provide day-to-day guidance and coaching for development strategies oriented to production.
Maintain personal production to meet goals; assist in branch recruiting and onboarding.
Lead on-the-job training with new agents, including appointment sharing and commission splits.
Develop additional Unit Field Trainers within branch or satellite locations.
Participate in management meetings to support branch sales goals.
