Responsibilities

• Train and mentor agents; accountable for a downline and compliance with policies.
• Provide day-to-day guidance and coaching for development strategies to help agents succeed.
• Maintain personal production to meet goals and objectives.
• Assist with recruiting efforts and onboarding/licensing training for agents.
• Conduct on-the-job training with new agents including appointment sharing and commission splits.
• Develop additional Unit Field Trainers within branch or satellite locations.
• Participate in management meetings and support the Branch Sales Office in achieving goals.
