Qualifications

• Deep understanding of the sales process and target achievement.

• Experience with recruiting or onboarding of licensed agents is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Train and mentor agents, downline accountability for performance and compliance.
• Provide day-to-day guidance and development strategies for production-oriented agents.
• Maintain personal production to meet goals and support branch objectives.
• Support onboarding and licensing training for agents as assigned by the branch.
• Conduct on-the-job training with new agents including appointment sharing and splits.
• Develop additional Unit Field Trainers within branch or satellite locations.
• Participate in management meetings to help the Branch Sales Office meet goals.
