CNO Financial Group, Inc. is seeking a Unit Field Trainer to lead recruitment, onboarding and training for sales agents. This role supports branch growth by coaching agents, maintaining production standards and contributing to license education and field development.

The position emphasizes leadership, compliance, and collaboration with the Branch Sales Office to meet strategic goals and performance targets.

Qualificações

Education: High School Diploma or GED; Life & Health license required.
Bachelor's degree preferred; Life & Health license mandatory for role.
Experience: 5 years related work experience and proven Field Training ability.

Responsabilidades

Train and mentor agents.
Oversee a downline of agents and ensure performance and policy compliance.
Provide guidance and mentoring for development strategies to boost production.
Maintain personal production to meet goals and objectives.
Assist with onboarding and licensing training for agents; support licensing processes.
Conduct joint field training with new agents, including appointment sharing.
Develop additional Unit Field Trainers within branch or satellite branch.
Participate in management meetings and help the Branch Sales Office meet goals.
