Job summary

CNO Financial Group, Inc. is seeking a Unit Field Trainer who will lead recruitment, onboarding and hands-on training for sales agents, while maintaining personal production standards. The role supports the sales office in achieving targets and driving overall team success.

The position involves mentoring agents, guiding development strategies, and potentially assisting with licensing training and recruiting efforts at the branch level. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Life & Health license required.
• 5 years related work experience.

Responsibilities

• Train and mentor agents; responsible for a downline of agents and accountable for their performance and compliance to policies and procedures.
• Provides day to day guidance, consultation and mentoring for the development strategies of agents (production oriented) to help agents become successful.
• Maintains personal production to achieve established goals and objectives.
• May also have a role in recruiting efforts as assigned by branch; instrumental in onboarding and development of licensed agents; assist in licensing training for other agents.
• Conduct on the job training through joint field work with new agents including appointment sharing and commission splits.
• Accountable to develop additional Unit Field Trainers within branch/satellite branch.
• Participate in management team meetings and support the Branch Sales Office in meeting stated goals.
