Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED.
• Bachelor's degree preferred for preferred qualifications.
• Life & Health license is not required but advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Train and mentor agents and manage a downline for performance and compliance.
• Provide day-to-day guidance and coaching for development strategies.
• Maintain personal production to meet goals and objectives.
• Assist in recruiting and onboarding licensed agents and licensing training.
• Conduct on-the-job training with new agents and joint field work.
• Develop additional Unit Field Trainers within branch and satellite locations.
• Participate in management meetings to support branch goals.
