Job summary

You will provide day-to-day guidance, observe performance, deliver feedback, and partner with branch leadership to meet growth targets. Strong leadership and coaching are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Life & Health license preferred.
• Bachelor's degree is a plus.
• Proven ability to train and mentor sales agents.
• Experience meeting production targets and coaching teams.

Responsibilities

• Train and mentor agents; responsible for downline performance and policy compliance.
• Provide day-to-day guidance and development strategies for agents.
• Maintain personal production to meet goals and objectives.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and licensing training for agents.
• Conduct on-the-job training through joint field work with new agents.
• Develop additional Unit Field Trainers within branch or satellite branches.
• Participate in management meetings and help the branch meet goals.
