Job summary

WesBanco Bank Inc. is seeking a skilled Unified Communications Engineer to design, install, and support Cisco UC infrastructure. You will resolve complex incidents with minimal supervision and coordinate with cross-functional teams.

The role requires hands-on experience with CUCM, Unity, Expressway, WebEx Control Hub, and Teams Calling. You will document configurations, generate reports, and participate in on-call rotations.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience supporting Cisco Unified Communications systems.
• Knowledge of VoIP, SIP, H.323, RTP and dialing plans.
• Familiarity with security considerations for UC environments.

Responsibilities

• Monitor unified communications platforms and endpoints for performance and uptime.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex incidents with minimal supervision.
• Coordinate with Network, Systems, Security and Telecom teams.
• Submit Change Management tickets for scheduled maintenance.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and reports.
• Participate in on-call rotations and respond to emergencies.
