Job summary

WesBanco Bank Inc. seeks a skilled Unified Communications Engineer to design, install, support, and upgrade Cisco UC infrastructure. You will resolve complex incidents with minimal supervision and prepare documentation and reports for end users and management.

The role requires strong UC knowledge, networking fundamentals and experience with CUCM, CUC, CER, and WebEx Control Hub. Collaboration with Network, Systems and Security teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or computer-related field with hands-on UC support experience or equivalent.
• Two years of hands-on experience supporting Cisco Networking, Cisco Unified Communications or other non-Cisco collaboration platforms.

Responsibilities

• Perform design, installation, support and upgrades for Cisco UC infrastructure.
• Provide advanced troubleshooting and problem resolution across multiple teams.
• Create technical documentation, reports and end-user guidance.
