Job summary

WesBanco Bank Inc. is seeking a Cisco Unified Communications Administrator to design, install, support, and upgrade our UC infrastructure. You will monitor systems, perform advanced troubleshooting for VoIP and network issues, and collaborate with telephony providers and IT teams.

Responsibilities include documenting configurations and participating in on-call rotations to ensure service reliability. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in a computer-related field and hands-on UC/Cisco

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field and at least two years of hands-on experience supporting Cisco Networking or UC platforms.
Experience with Cisco Unified Communications (CUCM, CUC, CER) and related collaboration tools.
Minimum one relevant industry certification strongly preferred (e.g., CCNA, Network+).

Responsibilities

Perform design, installation, support, and upgrade tasks for Cisco Unified Communications infrastructure.
Monitor UC systems and endpoints to ensure optimal performance and uptime.
Troubleshoot VoIP and network issues; escalate as needed with other teams.
Coordinate with telephony providers and other IT teams; create/update Change Management tickets.
Document configurations, diagrams, and procedures for end users and peers.
Participate in on-call rotations and respond to emergencies when required.
