Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS or related field with hands-on UC/Networking experience.
• Minimum one relevant industry certification preferred.
• Proficient in Cisco UC platforms and networking concepts.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain Cisco Unified Communications infrastructure to ensure uptime.
• Perform VoIP and network troubleshooting to resolve incidents.
• Collaborate with Network, Systems, Database, and Security teams.
• Document procedures and create reports for stakeholders.
• Handle change management requests for scheduled maintenance.
