Job summary

WesBanco Bank Inc. seeks an experienced Unified Communications Engineer to maintain and improve our Cisco UC environment.

You will monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize CUCM, Unity, Cisco Expressway, and WebEx components to ensure reliable voice and collaboration services for the bank. You will collaborate with Network, Security, and Desktop teams, prepare technical documentation, and participate in change management.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field is required or equivalent.
Hands-on experience with Cisco Unified Communications or non-Cisco collaboration platforms preferred.
Strong knowledge of SIP, H.323, RTP, and call control concepts.
Familiarity with CUCM, Unity, Expressway, and WebEx control hub configurations.
Ability to document complex systems and processes clearly.

Responsibilities

Serve as primary contact for UC platform incidents and problem resolution.
Monitor unified communications systems and endpoints for optimal performance and uptime.
Collaborate with Network, Security, and Desktop teams on changes and improvements.
Prepare technical documentation and diagrams for end users and management.
Assist with security reviews and compliance training as needed.
