Job summary

WesBanco Bank Inc. is seeking a Cisco Unified Communications Administrator I to design, install, support, and upgrade UC infrastructure in our Florida operations. You will monitor systems, troubleshoot VoIP issues, and work with providers and internal teams to maintain optimal performance.

Ideal candidates have hands-on Cisco UC experience, familiarity with CUCM/Unity/Expressway, and certifications. This role requires independence, documentation, and on-call rotation compliance in a banking

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in CS or related field with hands-on Cisco UC support experience.
Minimum one relevant industry certification strongly preferred.
Hands-on experience with Cisco Unified Communications platforms is required.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

Serve as a point of contact on service issues for unified communications platforms.
Perform daily monitoring and ensure uptime of UC systems and endpoints.
Assist senior staff with platform configuration and design optimization.
Review UC systems for security and perform VoIP/network troubleshooting.
Coordinate with service providers and collaborate with Network, Systems, Database, and Security teams.
Prepare technical documentation, diagrams, and procedures for users and peers.
