Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field; minimum relevant certifications strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs design, installation, support, and upgrade tasks related to the Cisco Unified Communications infrastructure.
• Serves as a point of contact on service issues related to the unified communications platforms and as escalation for UC Administrator I.
• Executes daily monitoring checks on unified communications systems and endpoints to ensure optimal performance and uptime.
• Collaborates with Network, Systems, Database, and Security teams to resolve issues and improve platform configuration.
• Creates and updates technical documentation, diagrams, and procedures for users, peers, and management.
