Job summary

WesBanco Bank Inc. is seeking a Cisco Unified Communications Administrator to design, install, support, and upgrade the bank's UC infrastructure. The role requires strong UC and networking knowledge and the ability to resolve complex incidents with minimal supervision.

You will work with cross-functional teams, document procedures, and provide status updates while ensuring security and optimal performance of UC platforms. Banking experience and on-call readiness are valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field with hands-on Cisco UC experience.
• One relevant industry certification strongly preferred.
• Experience supporting Cisco UC platforms and networking is required.

Responsibilities

• Serves as UC platforms contact and escalation point.
• Performs daily monitoring of UC systems and endpoints.
• Assists senior team with platform configuration optimization.
• Reviews UC systems to ensure proper security.
• Troubleshoots VoIP and network issues.
• Coordinates with Service Providers on issues.
• Collaborates with Network, Systems, Database, and Security teams.
• Interfaces with users for problem determination and resolution.
• Submits Change Management requests for maintenance.
• Creates and updates Service Desk tickets.
• Provides daily status updates to seniors.
• Maintains UC hardware and software current status.
• Composes technical documentation for users and management.
