Job summary

Everstory Partners seeks a Sales Counselor to guide individuals and families through funeral and cemetery product options with empathy and clarity. You will build a pipeline through inbound leads, walk-ins, referrals, and community outreach, manage leads in HubSpot, and earn commissions based on performance.

This full-time role requires a high school diploma, willingness to work evenings/weekends, a valid driver's license, and the ability to obtain state licenses.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Bilingual or multilingual proficiency is a plus.
• One year of sales experience, including B2C, preferred.
• CRM software experience (HubSpot, Salesforce, MS Dynamics or similar).
• Commission-based, performance-driven environment experience.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent time-management and organization.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Meet with individuals and families to assess needs and offer funeral and cemetery options.
• Sell pre-need and at-need services and related merchandise.
• Develop a pipeline via inbound leads, referrals, networking, and community outreach.
• Manage leads and activity in HubSpot CRM.
• Follow up with prospects through the sales process.
• Support families by guiding purchasing decisions with empathy.
• Attend services and community events as needed.
