Job summary

Everstory Partners is seeking a Sales Counselor to build relationships with individuals and families, guiding them through funeral and cemetery decisions. The role combines consultative sales, B2C outreach, and community engagement to grow new business while managing leads in HubSpot.

You will earn commissions with uncapped upside or a guaranteed hourly minimum, plus a paid six-week training. This full-time position supports the local Philadelphia area with occasional evening and weekend work.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• CRM experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms preferred.
• 1 year of sales or relationship-based experience preferred.
• Commission-based, performance-driven environment experience preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation and consultative selling skills.
• Able to manage multiple leads and follow-ups.

Responsibilities

• Meet with individuals and families to understand needs and recommend products and services.
• Sell pre-need and at-need funeral services and related merchandise.
• Build and maintain a pipeline through inbound leads, walk-ins, referrals, and outreach.
• Respond to inbound inquiries and walk-in opportunities; conduct follow-ups.
• Guide customers through purchasing decisions and complete sales contracts.
• Use HubSpot to manage leads, relationships, appointments, and follow-ups.
• Attend events to support families and community outreach.
