Job summary

Everstory Partners is seeking a Sales Counselor to guide individuals and families through funeral and cemetery product choices with compassionate, consultative sales. You will build a pipeline through inbound leads, referrals, and community outreach, while managing activity in HubSpot CRM.

Compensation includes uncapped commissions or guaranteed hourly minimum, plus paid training. The role requires a high school diploma, willingness to work evenings/weekends, and a valid driver's license for

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• One year of sales experience preferred.
• Experience with CRM software (HubSpot, Salesforce, MS Dynamics) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet with individuals and families to understand needs and recommend funeral and cemetery products and services.
• Sell pre-need and at-need funeral services, cemetery property, memorialization products, and related merchandise.
• Build and maintain a pipeline through lead generation, referrals, networking, and community outreach.
• Respond to inbound leads and walk-ins; conduct follow-up throughout the sales process.
• Guide families through purchasing decisions and complete required contracts and documentation.
• Use HubSpot to manage leads, appointments, and sales opportunities.
