Everstory Partners is seeking a Sales Counselor to meet families, assess needs, and guide them through funeral and cemetery product selections with compassionate consulting. You will build a robust sales pipeline, handle inquiries, and close contracts while earning commissions based on performance.

The role requires strong communication, relationship-building, and the ability to manage multiple prospects across local communities.

Qualifications

• Must have strong sales communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience with CRM software such as HubSpot or Salesforce preferred.
• Comfortable in a commission-based, performance-driven environment.
• Ability to manage multiple leads and follow-ups effectively.

Responsibilities

• Meet with individuals and families to assess needs and propose funeral and cemetery products and services.
• Sell pre-need and at-need services and related merchandise.
• Build a pipeline through inbound leads, referrals, networking and outreach.
• Respond to inquiries and walk-in opportunities; follow up throughout the sales process.
• Use HubSpot to track leads, appointments, and sales opportunities.
