Job summary

Everstory Partners is seeking a Sales Counselor to guide individuals and families through funeral and cemetery decisions with care. The role blends consultative B2C sales, lead generation, and community outreach to build lasting relationships.

You will manage leads in HubSpot, develop a strong sales pipeline, and earn commissions based on performance. First-year earnings range from $65,000 to $110,000 depending on sales results.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• One year of sales experience preferred.
• CRM experience (HubSpot, Salesforce, Dynamics) preferred.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays as needed.
• Valid driver’s license and access to personal vehicle; mileage reimbursements.
• Must obtain and maintain applicable state licenses within 60 days.

Responsibilities

• Meet with individuals and families to assess needs and advise products.
• Sell pre-need and at-need funeral services and related products.
• Build and maintain a pipeline via leads, referrals, networking.
• Respond to inbound leads and walk-in opportunities.
• Follow up with prospective customers throughout the sales process.
• Use HubSpot to manage leads, appointments, and outcomes.
