Job summary

Everstory Partners is seeking a Sales Counselor to guide individuals and families through funeral and cemetery decisions with care and clarity. You will manage leads, prospect new opportunities, and close sales for pre-need and at-need services, using HubSpot CRM to track activity and commissions.

The role requires a High School diploma or equivalent, willingness to work evenings and weekends, a valid driver’s license, and strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Qualifications

• One year of sales experience or related roles preferred.
• Experience using CRM software such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar.
• Comfortable in a commission-based, performance-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Meet with individuals and families to understand needs and recommend funeral and cemetery products and services.
• Sell pre-need and at-need funeral services, cemetery property, and related merchandise.
• Build and maintain a pipeline through leads, referrals, prospecting, networking and outreach.
• Respond to inbound leads and inquiries; conduct follow-up throughout the sales process.
• Develop long-term relationships with customers and community members.
