Job summary

Everstory Partners is seeking a Sales Counselor to help families make informed funeral and cemetery decisions. You will earn through uncapped commissions or a guaranteed minimum hourly rate, with paid training during the first six weeks.

Responsibilities include meeting with clients, guiding them through product options, and building a sales pipeline via leads, referrals, and community outreach, while maintaining CRM records in HubSpot.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bilingual/multilingual proficiency a plus (Spanish, Chinese, Tagalog/Filipino, Vietnamese, Arabic).
• 1 year of sales or relationship-based experience preferred.
• CRM experience (HubSpot, Salesforce, MS Dynamics) preferred.
• Commission-based, performance-driven environment experience beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Meet with individuals and families to understand needs and offer consultative guidance on available products and services.
• Sell pre-need and at-need funeral services, cemetery property, memorials, and related merchandise.
• Build and maintain a pipeline through inbound leads, walk-ins, referrals, and outreach.
• Manage leads, customer activity, and sales opportunities using HubSpot CRM.
• Develop long-term relationships with customers and community partners.
