Job summary

Everstory Partners seeks a driven Sales Counselor to help families choose funeral and cemetery services with compassion. You will manage leads from walk-ins, calls, and proactive outreach, guiding selections and explaining options with sensitivity.

The role requires a high school diploma, 1 year of sales experience, and strong communication, organization, and discretion. Travel to client meetings and events is required, with mileage reimbursement provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required with some additional education preferred in a related area such as Business, Marketing, and/or Sales.
• 1 year of sales experience preferred.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle.
• Mileage reimbursement provided for travel associated with job duties.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Microsoft Excel and Outlook) required.
• Experience working in a CRM (lead management system preferred).
• Strong attention to detail with problem solving skills.
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast‑paced environment.
• Ability to maintain a high level of discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
• This position requires availability to work some holidays, evenings and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities
