Everstory Partners is seeking a Sales Counselor to guide families through funeral and cemetery decisions, selling pre-need and at-need services, memorial products, and related merchandise. You will develop a strong pipeline via inbound leads, referrals, and community outreach, while maintaining relationships and tracking activity in HubSpot CRM.

Qualifications

• One year of sales experience or related relationship-based roles preferred.
• Experience using CRM software such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar.
• Comfortable in a commission-based, performance-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Meet with individuals and families to assess needs and upsell funeral and cemetery products.
• Sell pre-need and at-need services and related merchandise.
• Build a pipeline through inbound/outbound leads, referrals, and community outreach.
• Respond to inquiries and follow up with prospective customers throughout the process.
• Guide families through purchasing decisions and complete contracts and documentation.
