Job summary

Everstory Partners is seeking a Sales Counselor to help families choose funeral and cemetery services with empathy and clarity. You will guide selections, attend services, and manage a pipeline of leads from walk-ins and calls.

The role offers warm, high-touch client interaction, uncapped commissions, and a structured training period with pay. Evening and weekend availability may be required as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; related education in business, marketing, or sales preferred.
• 1 year of sales experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle; travel to client meetings.
• MS Office proficiency (Excel and Outlook) required.
• CRM/lead management experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail with problem-solving skills.
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication.
• Strong organizational and planning skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Availability to work some holidays, evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist families with funeral selections and attend services.
• Sell pre-need and at-need funeral services and cemetery merchandise.
• Manage leads and guide clients through the decision process.
• Generate leads via walk-ins, inbound calls, and proactive outreach.
