Job summary

Employment Hero is hiring an Account Executive to drive new UK business for SARA, our AI-powered Recruitment Agent and ATS. You will own a full sales cycle, engage with HR and C-suite stakeholders, and collaborate with SDRs to maximize opportunities in a remote-first setup.

You will leverage Salesforce to manage pipelines, stay current on AI/recruitment tech trends, and hit monthly revenue targets within a fast-growing SaaS environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience with full-cycle responsibility.
• Proven ability to manage complex deals across multiple stakeholders.
• Strong discovery, qualification and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Take SARA to market and win new UK business.
• Own end-to-end sales cycle from prospect to close.
• Present to C-suite and senior HR/talent leaders.
• Collaborate with SDRs to maximize opportunities.
• Maintain a high-volume, accurate sales pipeline in CRM.
