Process Street in the United States seeks an Account Executive to close SaaS deals end-to-end, owning inbound leads from discovery to close. Join a fast-growing AI and no-code automation platform and help shape our sales motion in a no-nonsense startup environment.

You'll run discovery calls, demo the product, and leverage AI to optimize your workflows, while hitting monthly targets and collaborating with Customer Success on expansion opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience selling AI tools, SaaS, or professional services with full-cycle closing exposure.
• Entrepreneurial and self-directed by nature.
• Comfortable in ambiguity and would rather figure it out and ship than wait for a playbook to arrive.
• Challenger or Gap selling mindset.
• Proven track record of sales target attainment and exceeding goals.
• Passion for start-ups and technology.
• Fast learner and coachable, hungry to learn sales craft.

Responsibilities

• Own your full sales cycle from discovery to close for inbound leads.
• Run discovery calls to understand prospects' workflow pain points.
• Present and demo Process Street to prospective clients.
• Leverage AI tools to optimize sales workflows and boost productivity.
• Build and refine the inbound conversion playbook as you go.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline hygiene.
• Collaborate with Customer Success on handoffs and early expansion opportunities.
• Meet and exceed monthly activity metrics and quarterly pipeline targets.
