Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks TurboTax Local Service Experts to perform full-service tax return preparation, provide expert guidance, and connect clients with a broader team of specialists. You will collaborate with professionals across bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning to deliver integrated, year-round support.

You’ll engage with local communities, cultivate relationships, and grow a local client base while delivering a best-in-class customer experience both in person and via Intuit tools.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/attorney with strong tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state returns using professional software.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Grow the local client base through outreach, networking, and community partnerships.
• Coordinate with specialists (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning) for comprehensive client solutions.
• Deliver an end-to-end Intuit experience in on-site client meetings and virtual consultations.
