Job summary

Intuit seeks year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts to deliver tax advice and preparation services in a local TurboTax office, serving as trusted advisors and community ambassadors.

You will build relationships, drive local growth, and connect clients to Intuit solutions such as bookkeeping and payroll, while providing a best-in-class customer experience in-person and via digital tools.

Qualifications

• EA (Enrolled Agent), CPA (Certified Public Accountant), or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state returns per season using professional tax software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training.
• Comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office, 20+ hours per week.
• Must complete required training and development.
• Willing to wear uniforms and be used in advertising.
• Interest in building local and online social presence as a TurboTax Expert.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients.
• Lead local outreach, grass-roots marketing, referrals, and community partnerships.
• Organize local events such as financial literacy workshops and networking gatherings.
• Act as a trusted guide to connect clients with Intuit solutions and complementary services.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and help clients achieve financial goals.
