Intuit, Inc. is seeking dedicated year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts to join our on-site TurboTax locations across the United States.

You will provide full-service tax preparation, expert advice, and software support, acting as a bridge to specialists in bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services. You will grow the local client base, build relationships, and deliver a best-in-class customer experience, both in person and via Intuit tools.

Formación

• EA (Enrolled Agent) with strong tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Active PTIN as required by law to file taxes.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Identify deductions, minimize tax liabilities, maximize refunds, and provide future tax planning advice.
• Build local growth by outreach, events, and partnerships to attract and retain clients.
