Qualifications

• Active PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season using professional software.
• Willing to work onsite 20+ hours/week, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM local time.
• Upskill into related services with training from Intuit.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and prepare returns for TurboTax clients, including complex scenarios.
• Serve as local community ambassador, grow the client base, and engage in grassroots outreach.
• Connect clients with complementary Intuit services like bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience across in-person and virtual channels.
