Intuit, Inc. seeks enthusiastic TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for clients at a TurboTax location. You’ll work with a team to deliver end-to-end tax services, including planning, recommendations, and software support.

You’ll actively grow the local client base, engage with the community, and collaborate with specialists across bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning to deliver a seamless Intuit experience.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state returns per tax season with professional software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training.
• Onsite availability 20+ hours/week, 8:00–17:00 local time, Monday–Friday.
• Willing to complete compliance training and continuous development.
• Willing to wear Intuit uniforms and be featured in advertising.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond tax filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Handle simple to complex tax situations and optimize deductions.
• Conduct discovery sessions to uncover deductions and maximize refunds.
• Offer future tax planning advice using government resources and team expertise.
• Serve as local community ambassador to grow TurboTax client base.
• Lead local events and partnerships with TurboTax marketing support.
• Connect clients with Intuit solutions like bookkeeping and payroll when appropriate.
