Intuit, Inc. is seeking energetic TurboTax Local Service Experts to perform on-site tax return preparation and provide expert tax advice at TurboTax locations in the United States.

You will collaborate with a team of specialists to deliver end-to-end tax solutions, while growing your local client base and fostering lasting relationships. The role emphasizes hands-on client engagement, community outreach, and leveraging Intuit resources to offer comprehensive financial services beyond tax filing.

Formación

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax preparation experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 returns per season using professional software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training by Intuit.
• Must work onsite 8:00–17:00 local time, Mon–Fri, at least 20 hours/week.
• Must complete training and development as required by the business.
• Willing to wear Intuit uniforms; may be used for advertising.
• Interest in building a local and online social presence as a TurboTax Expert.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex scenarios.
• Act as a community ambassador to grow local TurboTax client base and relationships.
• Connect clients with Intuit solutions across bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning, and advisory services.
• Develop long-term relationships, turning transactions into ongoing client engagements.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience and assist clients with tax-related challenges.
