Job summary

Intuit seeks on-site TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide hands-on tax preparation and expert guidance at local TurboTax locations. You will connect clients with specialists across bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services, ensuring a seamless, end-to-end Intuit experience in a collaborative team setting.

You will help grow the local client base, deliver personalized tax solutions, and support continued customer loyalty while representing Intuit in the community and at events.

Qualifications

• Enrolled Agent, CPA, or attorney with strong tax preparation experience and tax laws knowledge.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season using professional tax software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, advisory services with training from Intuit.
• Must reside within the United States and be onsite.
• Onsite role 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, 20+ hours/week.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex situations.
• Identify deductions, minimize tax liabilities, maximize refunds, and offer future planning.
• Grow local client base through outreach and community events with marketing support.
• Coordinate with specialists to deliver end-to-end Intuit experience.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience both in-person and via tools.
