Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide full-service tax preparation and expert advice at TurboTax locations nationwide. You’ll work with a team of specialists to deliver end-to-end tax solutions, addressing personal and business scenarios while building lasting client relationships.

The role emphasizes community outreach, local market growth, and cross-sell opportunities to broaden Intuit’s ecosystem, including bookkeeping and payroll services.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws.
• Active PTIN is required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season with professional software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training provided by Intuit.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling personal and business income, deductions, and amendments.
• Grow local client base through community outreach, referrals, and partnerships.
• Connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services as needed.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in-person and remotely as required.
