Intuit, Inc. seeks proactive TurboTax Local Service Experts to join on-site teams across the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation and expert guidance, while acting as a community ambassador to grow the local TurboTax client base.

Collaborate with specialists in bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning to deliver seamless, year-round support. You will engage with clients in person at TurboTax locations and via digital tools, ensuring a personalized, end-to-end service.

Qualifications

• EA (Enrolled Agent), CPA (Certified Public Accountant), or Practicing Attorney with tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per tax season.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training by Intuit.
• Must be comfortable working onsite 8:00 AM–5:00 PM local time, 20 hours/week minimum.
• Willing to complete all training and development per business needs.
• Must wear Intuit uniforms and be open to using name/picture for advertising.
• Interest in building a local and online TurboTax presence.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including complex personal and business returns.
• Grow the local TurboTax client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Coordinate with the broader Intuit ecosystem (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning) for client solutions.
• Build long-term relationships and deliver end-to-end client experiences.
• Represent TurboTax as a local ambassador in marketing and community activities.
