Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks on-site TurboTax Local Service Experts to deliver full-service tax return preparation and expert tax guidance.

You will engage with clients in person, review complex tax scenarios, and coordinate with specialists across bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services to ensure a seamless, end-to-end TurboTax experience. Qualifications

• EA/CPA or practicing attorney with tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required by law.
• 3+ years filing 30+ federal/state Form 1040s per season with professional software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory).
• Must be onsite at TurboTax location, 20+ hours/week; hours may scale during peak tax season.
• Willing to complete required training and development as directed.
• Must wear Intuit uniforms and use name/image for advertising.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Facilitate discovery sessions to uncover deductions, minimize liabilities, maximize refunds.
• Collaborate with business tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory teams for end-to-end service.
• Grow the local TurboTax client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in-person and via video tools.
