Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax - Local Service Experts to provide on-site tax preparation and personalized advisory services. You will work with clients in a TurboTax location, delivering end-to-end tax solutions and collaborating with specialists across bookkeeping, payroll, and planning to optimize client outcomes.

The role emphasizes community engagement, local market growth, and a strong customer-first mindset, with on-site hours and a pathway to broader Intuit ecosystem services.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season with professional software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services.
• Must work onsite, 8:00–17:00 local time, at least 20 hours/week.
• Must complete training and be open to additional requirements.
• Must wear company uniform and be comfortable with name usage for advertising.
• English/Spanish bilingual skills are a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Handle personal and business income, deductions, and amendments.
• Deliver future tax planning advice using government and professional tools.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through outreach and community events.
• Act as a local ambassador, linking clients to Intuit ecosystem.
