Job summary

BrightView Landscapes, LLC is seeking a Tree Care Service Business Developer to manage the sales pipeline from prospecting to close in Florida. You will work with operations, finance, marketing and proposal teams to meet tree care sales targets and develop programs for existing clients.

The role requires 3–5 years of B2B selling experience, a Bachelor’s degree, and relevant TCIA or Certified Arborist credentials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required; TCIA or Certified Arborist preferred.
• Extensive face-to-face B2B selling experience in a multi-year, multi-project territory.
• Proficient with MS Office; CRM/SFA experience beneficial.
• Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Sell and estimate Tree Care Services in regional territories.
• Prospect using consultative techniques to build long-standing relationships.
• Develop Tree Care programs and estimates with account managers and branch manager.
• Lead heavy phone prospecting, presentations, demos, and contract negotiations.
• Network to win new tree care service accounts and achieve sales goals.
• Log activity in Salesforce and collaborate with internal teams for larger opportunities.
• Build trust-based relationships with key decision makers and work with urgency.
