Job summary

BrightView Landscapes, LLC is seeking a Business Developer for Tree Care Services to lead the sales pipeline from prospecting to closing. You will collaborate with operations, finance, marketing, and proposal teams to meet sales targets while engaging with clients and decision makers.

The role requires extensive B2B selling, strong presentation skills, and the ability to travel within regional territories. A Bachelor's degree with TCIA or Certified Arborist credentials is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Appropriate Tree Care Industry certifications (TCIA or Certified Arborist).
• 3-5 years of extensive face-to-face B2B selling experience.
• Experience in service industry with commercial contract sales desirable.
• Proficient with MS Office and CRM/SFA tools.

Responsibilities

• Sell and estimate Tree Care Services in regional territories.
• Prospect using consultative sales techniques to build relationships.
• Develop Tree Care programs and estimates with Account Managers.
• Conduct heavy phone prospecting, presentations, and web demos; negotiate contracts.
• Network to increase new tree care services accounts; achieve sales goals.
• Log activity in Salesforce; collaborate to drive larger opportunities.
• Build trust-based relationships with key decision makers.
• Travel and work in fast-paced environments with urgency.
