Job summary

BrightView is seeking a Tree Care Service Business Developer to manage the pipeline from prospecting to closing across regional territories. You will collaborate with operations, finance, marketing, and proposal administration to respond to bids and meet sales targets while engaging with clients and decision makers.

The role requires extensive face-to-face selling, a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, TCIA or Certified Arborist certifications, and 3–5 years of mid-to-senior level B2B sales

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Tree Care Industry certifications (TCIA or Certified Arborist) preferred.
• 3–5 years of extensive face-to-face B2B selling experience in a service environment.

Responsibilities

• Sell and estimate Tree Care Services in regional territories.
• Prospect using consultative sales techniques to build long-standing relationships.
• Collaborate with operations, finance, marketing and proposal administration to respond to bids.
