Job summary

BrightView Landscapes, LLC is seeking a Tree Care Services Business Developer to manage the pipeline from prospecting to closing. You will work with operations, finance, marketing and proposal teams to respond to bids and meet sales targets.

The role requires a proactive leader who thrives on public interaction and teamwork. Responsibilities include selling tree care services, prospecting, presenting, negotiating contracts, and traveling to client sites across a regional territory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Industry certifications such as TCIA or Certified Arborist preferred.
• Extensive B2B selling experience in a large territory (3–5 years).
• Strong presentation and proposal development skills.

Responsibilities

• Sell and estimate Tree Care Services in regional territories.
• Prospect using consultative techniques and build lasting client relationships.
• Collaborate with operations, finance, marketing and proposal teams to respond to bids.
• Prepare sales presentations, conduct demonstrations, and negotiate contracts.
• Travel to client sites and manage multiple projects in a large territory.
• Log activity in Salesforce and drive larger opportunities with internal teams.
