Job summary

BrightView Landscapes is seeking a Tree Care Services Business Developer to manage the pipeline from prospecting to closing, working with operations, finance, marketing, and proposal teams to meet sales targets.

The BD will lead negotiations, develop programs for existing clients, and network to win new tree care service accounts. Strong communication and self-starting drive are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
• TCIA or Certified Arborist certification.
• 3–5 years of extensive B2B selling experience.
• Experience with a CRM or SFA tool preferred.
• Proven sales goal attainment in longer selling cycles.

Responsibilities

• Sell and estimate Tree Care Services work in regional territories.
• Prospect using consultative sales techniques to build long-standing relationships.
• Develop Tree Care programs and estimates with Account Managers and Branch Manager.
• Prepare and conduct heavy prospecting, presentations, and negotiations with minimal supervision.
• Build trust-based relationships with key decision makers and close opportunities.
