Job summary

BrightView is seeking a Tree Care Service Business Developer to manage the pipeline from prospecting to close. You will collaborate with operations, finance, marketing, and proposal administration to meet sales targets for Tree Care Services.

The role requires a proactive, self-starting professional with strong customer interaction skills. Responsibilities include prospecting, presenting, negotiating contracts, and developing tree care programs in a large regional territory.

Qualifications

• B2B selling experience at mid-to-senior levels.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• TCIA or Certified Arborist certification preferred.
• Proficient with MS Office and CRM systems.
• Strong prospecting, presentation, and negotiations skills.

Responsibilities

• Sell and estimate Tree Care Services in regional territories.
• Prospect using consultative techniques to build relationships and pricing.
• Develop Tree Care programs and estimates with account managers and branch teams.
• conduct heavy phone prospecting and sales presentations; negotiate contracts.
• Travel to client sites and manage multiple projects in a large territory.
• Log activities in Salesforce and collaborate with internal teams to drive sales.
