Job summary

BrightView Landscapes in Texas is seeking a Tree Care Services Business Developer to lead the tree care sales cycle from prospecting to closing, collaborating with operations, finance, marketing, and proposal teams.

You will build relationships with key decision makers, develop Tree Care programs for existing clients, and drive new business through strategic planning, presentations, and active pipeline management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
• Certification in tree care (TCIA) or as a Certified Arborist is preferred.
• Extensive face-to-face B2B selling experience in a large territory.

Responsibilities

• Sell and estimate Tree Care Services in regional territories.
• Prospect using consultative methods; build long-standing client relationships.
• Develop Tree Care programs and estimates for existing clients with account managers.
• Lead negotiations; conduct presentations and web demos; maintain Salesforce activity.
• Collaborate with internal teams to drive larger tree care sales and opportunities.
