Job summary

BrightView Landscapes is seeking a Tree Care Service (TCS) Business Developer to manage the pipeline from prospecting to closing across regional territories. You will collaborate with operations, finance, marketing, and proposal administration to meet tree care sales targets and develop bids.

This field-based role requires extensive face-to-face B2B selling, excellent presentation and communication skills, and the ability to travel to client sites, within a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• TCIA or Certified Arborist certification preferred.
• 3–5 years of extensive face-to-face B2B selling experience.

Responsibilities

• Sell and estimate Tree Care Services in regional territories.
• Prospect using consultative sales techniques to build relationships.
• Develop Tree Care programs and estimates for existing clients.
• Conduct heavy prospecting, presentations, and contract negotiations.
• Travel to client sites and collaborate with internal teams to close deals.
