Job summary

BrightView Landscapes, LLC seeks a Tree Care Service Business Developer to manage the sales pipeline from prospecting to close. You will partner with operations, finance, marketing, and proposal teams to respond to bids and meet sales targets, while building trust with key decision makers.

The role requires extensive B2B selling experience in the tree care/services industry, strong presentation skills, and CRM proficiency. Travel and a fast-paced, high-urgency environment are expected.

Qualifications

• Extensive face-to-face (B2B) selling experience in a service industry.
• Degree or equivalent work experience; industry certifications preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills; able to build client-centric proposals.

Responsibilities

• Sell and estimate Tree Care Services in regional territories.
• Prospect using consultative sales to build relationships and pricing.
• Develop Tree Care programs and estimates with account managers.
• Lead heavy phone prospecting, presentations, and contract negotiations.
• Travel to new accounts and maintain activity in Salesforce.
• Collaborate with internal teams to drive larger sales opportunities.
